The Rotec LCH conversion is the proven solution to cylinder head overheating in air cooled Jabiru and Camit 2200 and 3300 engines.
In production since 2009, the Rotec LCH system has proven itself a winner right out of the box.
Designed to suit all Jabiru and Camit engines fitted with steel cylinders, this system is compatible with both thick fin and thin fin engines, including solid and hydraulic lifter configurations. Once installed, the system typically maintains coolant temperatures at around 85°C (185°F) year round, delivering consistent cooling and greater confidence in demanding conditions.

14 April 2021Had a jab230c with burned out engine 300 hrs boys at rotec did top end rebuild and rotec heads lch great temps all day now no problem done close to 100 hrs now engine running sweet great service cheers all

Jabiru J430
15 February 2021I was suffering from chronic CHT up above 300 - 320C. I had several leaking heads, the situation was hopeless, I happened across the Rotec LCH set up and had nothing to lose. Straight forward to install and solved all my issues at once, now I cruise at 80c (175) all year round now! My only regret is not doing this years ago. I would not fly a Jabiru without a set of these installed. 10/10

23 January 2021I have a J430 with a Jabiru 3300 these heads should be on EVERY Jabiru ever made! Rotec and the team there were brilliant to work with. I just wished I had of done this years ago. 22 November 2020My Name is Greg, I'm based in Gippsland Victoria. I was having all sorts of CHT issues with my J430 (3300) chronic over heating on climb 204 C! After installing the Rotec liquid cooled set up all my problems instantly vanished. Temps are now a consistent 78c all year! The kit was not difficult to install. I had previously installed the Rotec TBI carb and the E-ignition. Equally as good and all working perfectly. More that happy to share my experience 0428569712
