Jabiru 2200 LCH kit

The Jabiru LCH (Liquid Cooled Head) conversion eliminates cylinder head overheating on the air-cooled 2200 and 3300 Jabiru and Camit engines.

LCH suits all Jabiru and Camit engines built with STEEL cylinders are compatible. This includes ALL thick fin and thin fined engines with solid or hydraulic lifters.

The kit includes:

Machined Cylinders heads
Head bolts, nuts, clamps and fasteners.
Water hoses and hose clamps
1.1 radiator cap and filler neck.
Bosch water pump.
Aluminium TIG welded radiator.

I have a Jabiru with a set of Rotec heads installed, IMO these should be on EVERY Jabiru ever made! Rotec and their team there were brilliant to work with. I just wished I had of done this years ago. My Name is Greg, I'm based in Gippsland Victoria. I was having all sorts of CHT issues with my J430 (3300) chronic over heating on climb 204 C! After installing the Rotec liquid cooled set up all my problems instantly vanished. Temps are now a consistent 78c all year! The kit was not difficult to install. I had previously installed the Rotec TBI carb and the E-ignition. Equally as good and all working perfectly. More that happy to share my experience 0428569712

I was suffering from chronic CHT up above 209C. I had several leaking heads from excessive distortion, the situation was almost hopeless, I then happened across the Rotec LCH set up and had nothing to lose. Straight forward to install and solved all my issues at once, now I cruise at 80c (175) all year round now! My only regret is not doing this years ago. I would not fly a Jabiru without a set of these installed. 10/10
